Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 150g Gorgonzola
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp garden herbs, freeze-dried
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente. In a large pan, sauté the chopped garlic and finely diced onion until translucent, then deglaze with the white wine. Simmer gently, then slowly add the cream. Melt the Gorgonzola in the sauce. Stir in the drained pasta and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
