Spaghetti with spicy shrimp sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 250 g shrimp(s) or scampi etc.
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes, halved or quartered, depending on size
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped, not squeezed
  • 1 cup sour cream (200 g)
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 hot chili peppers, cut into fine rings
  • e.g. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Basil, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

as a starter or main course

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, fry the shrimp and garlic in the hot oil for about 4 minutes, turning frequently. Remove the shrimp and add the wine, sour cream, diced tomatoes and zucchini, and chilies to the garlic, and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese and halved cherry tomatoes, and season with pepper, salt, chili powder, and basil. Return the shrimp and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the drained spaghetti and serve.
