Pasta in Camembert sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Camembert(s) or Brie
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml wine
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 1 garlic clove(s), possibly more
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • some sugar
  • Butter for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g pasta
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Halve the leek, then halve it again lengthwise and cut into thin strips. Sauté lightly in butter. Cut the cheese into pieces, add it, and let it melt. Once the cheese has melted, deglaze with milk, wine, and cream and simmer gently. Press in the garlic and season with pepper, salt, granulated stock, and sugar. If the sauce is too runny, you can thicken it slightly with thickener. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and serve with the sauce. Be sure to serve with a crisp salad.
