Pasta in Gorgonzola Cream

The perfect pasta in gorgonzola cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta of your choice
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 St. Onion
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Pesto green
  • 40 g Gorgonzola
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Brunch fine herbs
  • 1 shot White wine
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Boil the pasta, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, finely dice the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the pesto and sauté briefly.
  3. Then deglaze with the cream and simmer over low heat. Add a strong dash of white wine and continue to simmer. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Now add the brunch and the gorgonzola and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the noodles to the sauce, mix well and let everything simmer again briefly. Finished.
