Pasta in Gorgonzola Cream

- 250 g Pasta of your choice
- 40 g Butter
- 1 St. Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Pesto green
- 40 g Gorgonzola
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 1 tbsp Brunch fine herbs
- 1 shot White wine
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Boil the pasta, drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan, finely dice the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the pesto and sauté briefly.
- Then deglaze with the cream and simmer over low heat. Add a strong dash of white wine and continue to simmer. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Now add the brunch and the gorgonzola and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the noodles to the sauce, mix well and let everything simmer again briefly. Finished.
