Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (e.g. whole wheat spaghetti or fusilli)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 150 g crab (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (to taste)
  • ½ tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with crab

Cook the pasta al dente and do not rinse after cooking. While the pasta is cooking: Cut the salmon into small cubes. Heat the oil and briefly fry the salmon and shrimp on all sides. Then add the cream and milk and simmer on low heat. From time to time, skim off 3 tablespoons of the pasta water and add it to the pan. Stir in the horseradish and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until the salmon is cooked, which of course depends on the size of the cubes. I usually need a maximum of 5 minutes. Stir the dill into the sauce and either toss the sauce with the pasta or serve it separately.
