Green Asparagus – Pasta Pan

- 600 g Asparagus green fresh
- 2 small Onions
- 1 piece Butter
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and colored pepper
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes panicles
- 100 ml Cooking cream
- 120 g Spiral pasta
- Peel the onions and finely dice …. Wash the asparagus and peel only the lower part and cut into pieces … Wash the tomatoes and quarter them …. Squeeze half a lemon …. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente … drain … and drain.
