Spaghetti with scampi in paprika – chili sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g scampi or king prawns (frozen)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream cheese (brunch, paprika chili)
  • some oil
  • possibly salt and pepper
  • n. B. Water (salt water)
  • possibly herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

hmmmm … easy and quick

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, remove the stems, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat a little oil in a deep pan, sauté the onions until translucent, and add the garlic. You can also add the frozen scampi and fry until cooked through (it doesn’t take long). Add the cherry tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt (just a little, as the brunch will add more flavor). When the tomatoes have softened slightly from the heat, stir in the entire cup of brunch and mix well. If you need more flavor, season to taste. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
