Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, of your choice
- 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 100 g crabs, boned
- 1 onion(s), in rings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 mozzarella, diced
- 1 pack of cheese sauce
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml water
- garlic powder
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile, gently heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion. Add cheese sauce according to package instructions (200 ml liquid in total). Add cream, mozzarella, and garlic powder. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off heat. Drain pasta and let it drain. Chop smoked salmon and stir into the cheese and cream sauce with the shrimp. Arrange pasta on a warmed plate and pour over the sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with semi-dry Riesling and tomato salad.
