Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized turkey schnitzel
  • 250 ml water, hot
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g pasta (farfalle)
  • 140 g leek
  • 140 g celery
  • 140 g carrot(s)
  • 140 g mushrooms (if desired)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey cutlets into thin strips. Heat a little oil in a saucepan or deep-sided pan and sear the meat. Pour in hot water and the heavy cream. Add the pasta, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Clean and dice the vegetables. Clean and slice the mushrooms, if desired. Add everything to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until the water has evaporated. Serve immediately.
