Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g penne
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 100g salami (chorizo)
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- marjoram
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely dice the onion and garlic. Slice the chorizo and fry in a deep pan with the oil. Add the tomatoes, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
