Pasta with paprika and ham sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 3 red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 125 g ham, diced
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 50 ml water
  • some pepper
  • oregano
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and cheap children’s meal!

Cook pasta (we prefer macaroni) with a little salt until al dente, then drain and set aside. Sauté the finely diced bell pepper, diced onion, and diced ham in a pan over medium heat. Add 50 ml of water and simmer gently until the peppers reach the desired consistency. Season with oregano, garlic, and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and let it simmer for a few moments with the drained pasta.
