Pasta pan with cream cheese and chicken breast fillet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • some tomato paste
  • some spice mix for poultry
  • n. B. Herbs, Italian blend
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast fillets into pieces, season with poultry seasoning, and sear. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and stir in the cream cheese and chopped tomatoes. If you like a tomatoey flavor, you can also add a little tomato paste. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
