Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 0,5 Green Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Emmentalt
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Peel the onion and cut into cubes, clean and dice the peppers, clean and dice the zucchini, finely chop the chilli peppers and cook everything with the diced ham in oil in a large pan.
  • Drain the pasta in a sieve, add to the vegetables, season everything with salt, pepper, parika powder, oregano and basil and mix well.
  • Mix the pizza tomatoes with the eggs, pour over the pasta pan, cut the cheese into cubes, spread on the pasta and vegetable pan, close the lid, set the eggs and melt the cheese and serve.
