Pasta pan with leaf spinach and cocktail tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g fresh leaf spinach
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Remove the stalks from the spinach leaves, wash thoroughly, and shake dry. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente and drain in a colander. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the spinach leaves and let it wilt. Then add the tomato halves and the pasta and heat gently, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
