Pasta pan with tomatoes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 250 g pasta, e.g. fusilli
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 can peas with carrots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian, quick

Add the pasta to boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. Dice the onions and fry them in a large pan with a little oil. Wash the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Drain the peas and carrots and add them to the pan. Fry everything over medium heat until the tomatoes burst. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
