Pasta: Pasta Casserole One Way or Another

  • 250 g Shipli
  • 1 a cup Whipped cream
  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • 200 g Chicken breast or
  • 200 g Salami
  • 2 tbsp Pesto
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • Parsley, basil, cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, a little pepper, more curry
  • Parmesan
  • Cocktail tomatoes
  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite
  2. Chop up the chicken breast or salami
  3. Whisk the whipped cream, egg, pesto, fresh goat cheese and the spices with the finely chopped herbs and garlic
  4. Drain the pasta and place in a baking dish, add the raw meat or salami to the pasta, pour the cream sauce over it and let it cook in the oven at approx. 180 degrees. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the tomatoes and generously pour the grated Parmesan cheese over them and let them brown. Enjoy your meal!
