Pasta Racelette Casserole
The perfect pasta racelette casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 380 g Raclette cheese
- 350 g Bacon cubes
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 185 g Canned Mushrooms Champion
- 500 g Raw pasta
- Raklette spice from my KB

- Boil the pasta in salted water and allow to cool a little
- Cut the onion into thin rings and sauté until translucent, add the bacon and champion and season with salt or pepper
- Mix the penne and onion, diced bacon, champion well
- Butter the casserole dish well then 1 layer of pasta and 1 layer of racelette cheese season the cheese with racelette spices again 1 layer of pasta and 1 layer of cheese until the pan is full.
- Then for about 45 minutes in the oven at about 180 degrees
