Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g pasta (crumbs)
  • 800 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 100 g cooked ham, diced
  • 100 ml white wine or broth
  • 1 package of peas (frozen)
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely dice the shallots, grate the garlic, and roughly chop the pasta. Heat the vegetable stock and keep warm. Sauté the onions, garlic, bacon, and cooked ham in the oil, then add the pasta. Deglaze with 100 ml of white wine (or stock if children are present). Add 1/3 of the stock. Gradually add the remaining stock while stirring. Cook the pasta for about 12 minutes. Add the peas 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
