Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g rigatoni
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 100g salami
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 zucchini
- 2 shallots or red onions
- 200 g mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 4 cloves garlic
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- herbs, to taste

Lightly fry the ham and salami strips, peppers and zucchini strips, onion rings, mushroom slices, and garlic in olive oil, let cool, and toss with the pasta. Drizzle with a dressing made from balsamic vinegar, olive oil, pepper, and herbs to taste and let it marinate. It also tastes great with a crème fraîche dressing, depending on what you’re serving it with. It’s also delicious on its own!
