Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g spirals
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 50 g cooked ham or salami
  • ½ can corn, drained
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 19 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 49 minutes

Ideal for a barbecue evening

Cook the pasta and rinse with cold water. Dice the bell pepper, onion, ham or salami, cucumber, and tomatoes. Add them to the pasta along with the corn. Stir in the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Tear the dill into small pieces and add it. Let it sit for 2 hours.
