Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, small
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 pack of ham (cooked ham)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Dice the bell pepper, cucumber, and ham. Drain the cornstarch from the can. Transfer everything to a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the cream and sour cream with the herb mixture, then add it to the large bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
