Chinese-style cauliflower

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ cauliflower
  • 2 slice(s) fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the cauliflower into thin strips, add the ginger to the hot oil, and then add the cauliflower. Sauté briefly. Add the soy sauce and sugar and bring back to a boil. Serve immediately.
