Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, cooked
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, diced
  • 1 cucumber(s), diced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pack of herbs, frozen
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the buttermilk, onions, and pasta. Then add the diced vegetables, herbs, and mustard and mix everything together. Season with herb salt and pepper.
