Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- 150 ml mineral water
- 50 g celery, grated
- 100 g ham, raw, diced
- 50 g mozzarella, grated
- 50 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 1 bunch wild garlic, and other herbs to taste
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with ham and cheese
Whisk together the eggs, flour, and milk, then add the spices. Stir in the mineral water. Stir in the celery, ham, cheese, chopped wild garlic, and other fresh herbs. If necessary, add more mineral water to form a thick batter. Cook the pancakes in hot fat or oil and serve with salad.
