Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- salt water
- 4 spring onions
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 can of beans, baked in tomato sauce (400 ml)

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions diagonally into thick rings and dice the eggplant and tomatoes. Drain the artichokes and roughly chop them. Place the spring onions in a bowl. Add the cooked pasta and mix. Gradually stir in the eggplant cubes. Next, add the tomatoes and artichokes and mix. Finally, pour the beans in tomato sauce over the pasta and mix gently until well blended.
