Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 5 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 50 ml water, hot
  • 3 tsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, if desired also low-fat mayonnaise
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with a little mayonnaise

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Trim the bell peppers and peel the onion. Dice them along with the gherkins. Dissolve the vegetable stock in the hot water and stir it into the natural yogurt along with the mayonnaise. Pour this sauce over the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Let it stand for about an hour before serving.
