Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 30 g arugula
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 25 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp water, cold
- some salt and pepper

simple and delicious
First, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Briefly rinse in a sieve with cold water and drain. Then, transfer the pasta to a bowl. It should still be slightly warm. Mix the vinegar, oil, water, and garlic into a marinade. Pour the mixture over the warm pasta, stir well, and season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes and arugula. Halve the tomatoes and tear the arugula into small pieces. Add both to the pasta and gently fold in. Season to taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. This summery salad is perfect for any barbecue.
