Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g spaghetti
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow or orange
- 6 small gherkins, from the jar
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g each
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder or to taste
- possibly condensed milk

Cook the spaghetti in salted water (approx. 1 to 2 liters) with 1.5 teaspoons of salt mixed with the ingredients according to the package instructions until al dente, then let cool. Make a sauce from the sour cream and mayonnaise with the specified spices and a little cucumber vinegar from the jar. If desired, add a little condensed milk for consistency. Dice the bell peppers, thinly slice the cucumbers, and chop the shallot. Add the vegetables to the sauce. Drain the pasta in a colander, add to the salad, and stir in. Let the salad marinate for 3 hours, then arrange it nicely for grilling. The salad contains approximately 1472 kcal per serving.
