Pasta Salad Red White Green
The perfect pasta salad red white green recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the salad
- 300 g Pasta
- 500 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 70 g Arugula
- 1 bag Pine nuts
- 1 packet Mozzarella
For the dressing
- 5 tbsp Light balsamic cream
- 2 tbsp Dark balsamic cream
- 4 tbsp Good olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt, pepper, chilli
- Cook the pasta in plenty of water until al dente.
- Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and season to taste.
- Wash tomatoes & rocket and cut into small pieces. Also cut the mozzarella into small pieces. (I took a bigger mozzarella roll!)
- Put the pasta, rocket, tomatoes & mozzarella in a bowl and mix with the dressing.
- Finally, taste again! If you like, you can add a few fresh herbs; like basil and parsley 🙂 … we didn’t have any fresh or frozen herbs, but the salad was still delicious! We also had marinated minced schnitzel with us.

- Tip 8: You can also add dried tomatoes and freshly seared chicken breasts!
