Spicy Breaded Pork Steaks with French Fries

  • 4 piece Pork steaks fresh from the butcher I trust
  • 1 something Breadcrumbs
  • 1 something Own production of chilli oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 something Flour
  • 2 piece Egg whisked
  • 1 something Rapeseed oil
  • 450 g Oven french fries
  • 1 leaf Parchment paper
  1. Rub the steaks sweetly with a little chili oil, black pepper and paprika.
  2. Then flour, pull through the egg and bread. Bake in rapeseed oil over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Stir a little breadcrumbs into the rest of the egg. Transfer to a non-stick pan and bake to make a pancake. Turn around once.
  4. Prepare the fries in the electric oven according to the package instructions.
