Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g shell pasta
- 75 g dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp table vinegar
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and transfer it to a bowl. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the pasta. Combine the oil, vinegar, and dried basil and add them to the pasta. Season the salad with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
