Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta, also wholemeal
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 6 cloves garlic
- chili powder
- Ginger powder
- turmeric
- Vanilla (Bourbon)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard, medium hot
- ½ jar water

This salad tastes great both hot and cold! Due to the amount of garlic, it’s highly recommended for garlic lovers!
Cook the pasta. Crumble the feta cheese over the cooked pasta. Finely dice the garlic and place it in a screw-top jar or similar suitable container. Combine the oil and water, spices, and mustard. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over the pasta and mix thoroughly. If not being eaten warm, let the salad sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
