Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (penne)
  • some green pesto (from the jar)
  • some pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pasta salad with green pesto and pine nuts

Cook the penne pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain briefly, and mix thoroughly with the pesto in a large bowl. Toast the pine nuts in a nonstick pan without fat until golden brown and add to the pesto pasta. The pasta tastes great warm or cold.
