Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes (mini-vine)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, smoked
  • 6 spring onions
  • herbal salt
  • Pepper (grains of paradise), ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Simple, quick, delicious!

Stir the sour cream in a bowl until smooth. Clean the garlic and spring onions. Slice the spring onions into rings and stir into the sour cream. Press in the garlic. Season with herb salt and freshly ground grains of paradise. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, removing the stems. Add the tomatoes to the sour cream and stir in. Let the salad sit for about 1 hour.
