  • 500 g pasta (or Flecker or similar)

  • 2 tsp salt or herb salt
  • 2 tsp pepper (to taste)

  • 200 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental)
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, peel the onion; dice the bell pepper, cheese, ham, and onion. Drain the corn. After cooking, rinse the pasta briefly with cold water and let it cool slightly if necessary. Then, in a large bowl, combine the bell pepper, onion, cheese, and ham with the corn and pasta. Stir in the sour cream. Crush the garlic and add it. Season to taste with oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. You can also add other spices to taste. You can replace some of the sour cream with crème fraîche or yogurt. The pasta salad can be eaten immediately; however, letting it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours will intensify the flavor. Enjoy!
