Pasta salad with mandarins and tuna

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • ½ jar Miracle Whip
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water. Drain well and let cool. Drain the mandarin oranges (reserve the juice) and tuna. Combine the Miracle Whip, the juice of one can of mandarin oranges, vinegar, and cream (not all of it, as you don’t want the sauce to be too runny) in a bowl and whisk. Season to taste with pepper, sugar, and salt. Carefully fold the tuna and mandarin oranges into the sauce first, then the pasta.
