Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g beer ham from the butcher
- 280 g peas, from the can, drained
- 140 g green olives stuffed with peppers
- 1 handful of gherkins
- 500 g spiral noodles
- 200 ml mayonnaise, approx. 1 tube
- 1 tbsp, leveled cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp, leveled paprika powder
- 1 tsp, leveled salt and pepper
- 100 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 4 tbsp, leveled ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Rinse well in cold water and drain well. Chop the remaining ingredients and add to the pasta. Add the spices, milk, and ketchup and mix well. Cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.
