Pasta salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta shells
  • 1 pack of salami
  • 400g Gouda
  • 3 gherkins
  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Salad: Cook the pasta in salted water and let it cool. Dice the salami, bologna, Gouda cheese, and pickles and add them to a bowl with the pasta. Dressing: Mix the mustard, vinegar, and oil and stir in. Season with pepper. Add to the salad, let it simmer for a while, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
