Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta (fusilli)
- salt water
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 gherkins
- 200 g spread (paprika pepper)
- 8 tbsp cucumber juice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and let cool. Wash the chives, shake dry, and cut into small rolls. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash, quarter, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Then wash and dice the tomatoes. Mix the spread and cucumber juice thoroughly until smooth and add the chives and diced onion along with the pasta. Finally, fold the diced bell peppers and tomatoes into the pasta salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the salad marinate well.
