Turkey strips in a creamy-fruity sauce
Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips, season generously with salt and pepper. Heat the sunflower oil in a large non-stick pan and brown the turkey strips until well browned. Meanwhile, roughly dice the onion and cut the tomatoes into quarters or eighths (depending on size). Add the tomato paste to the turkey strips and fry for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the onions and garlic and fry until the onions are lightly toasted. Add the mustard, olive oil, tomatoes, cream, and processed cheese and simmer for about 5-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted. Season with paprika, oregano, and pepper. Serve with pasta.
