Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet until it is firm to the bite. In the meantime, mix the tomatoes with the chopped tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add vinegar (to taste) and oil and season to taste. Now add the hot noodles to the dressing and mix well. The noodles can still be "very" al dente, as they still cook a little in the dressing. When the salad has cooled down, either cut the mozzarella into cubes or pluck it and mix it with the finished salad. If you want, you can add fresh, chopped leaf parsley.
