Fruit Ground
The perfect fruit ground recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Soft butter or margarine
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 175 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 shot Milk
- Stir the butter until foamy and gradually stir in the salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the eggs one at a time for about 1/2 minute until a creamy, foamy mixture is formed.
- Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and stir briefly into the egg mixture alternately with the milk on a low level.
- Place the dough in a greased fruit base dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (or fan oven 160 degrees) for about 20-23 minutes in the lower third of the oven.
- Take out and fall out of the mold. Let the floor cool down and then cover it as you like.
- In this case, I prepared a packet of Paradise Cream Vanilla according to the package instructions and spread it on the cooled base. Spread the currants on top and top it with a red cake topping.
