Pasta salad with tuna and peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (shell pasta, the large shells)
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper, black, ad mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and add it to the salad bowl. Meanwhile, trim the peppers and tomatoes. Let the pasta cool slightly (the salad tastes good warm too), then add the peppers, pasta, and tuna (as it comes in the can). Season with salt and pepper. Perfect for barbecue season with tzatziki and baguette, etc.
