Pasta salad with wieners

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta shells
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g butter cheese, mild
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 4 Vienna sausages
  • 1 bunch chives, in rolls
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 8 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, rinse, and toss with oil. Finely dice the cheese and bell peppers, halve the tomatoes, and thinly slice the wiener sausages. Mix the dressing with all the above ingredients and the chives, and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand for 30 minutes and season again if necessary.
