Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g spaghetti or other short pasta
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ zucchini
  • 6 radishes
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian, without mayonnaise

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, spring onions, radishes, and hard-boiled eggs. For the dressing, combine the ingredients and season well with salt. Combine the cooked and drained pasta with the remaining ingredients and the dressing in a bowl.
