Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml orange juice
- 200 ml water
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- ¼ avocado(s)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions

Core the apple and add it, including the peel, to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more orange juice.
