Pasta Sauce Mussel Noodles with Cheese and Cream Sauce

  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Spinach cooked frozen
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Water
  • 150 g Mountain cheese
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder

preparation

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan and sweat the onion and garlic in it. Add the frozen spinach and let thaw a little. Pour milk and cream on top and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes
