Zucchini – minced meat – sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Oil, neutral
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 small zucchini
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

With rice or noodles

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Clean the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, slice it, and add it to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, add the crème fraîche and season to taste. Serve with rice or pasta.
