Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 300 g Salami
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 a cup Brunch whip spicy salami
  • 1 pack Strained tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves, clean and also dice the bell pepper and sauté everything in oil, stir in tomato paste with salt, pepper, parika powder, chili powder and oregano and season with the tomatoes, bring to a boil and reduce Let the flame simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Cut the salami into cubes, add to the tomato sauce, stir in the brunch and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on pasta plates, add the tomato and salami ragout and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
