Ingredients
 

  • 80 g Semolina
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Flour
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg, beat the softened butter with the egg yolk. Season and salt. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  • Add the semolina to the butter mixture, season the flour and mix well. Now slowly fold in the beaten egg white and refrigerate the dough for an hour.
  • Form small oblong dumplings with your hands and let them simmer in the broth for 15 minutes.
