- 80 g Semolina
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Flour
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Separate the egg, beat the softened butter with the egg yolk. Season and salt. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Add the semolina to the butter mixture, season the flour and mix well. Now slowly fold in the beaten egg white and refrigerate the dough for an hour.
